It's Finally Fall! Warm Toned Smokey Eye

Hey guys!

First of all let me say, I'm SO sorry for the lack of posts over the last few weeks. When I say things have been hectic it's a bit of an understatement! We finally moved into our new home *YAY* and there is lots to do (if you want to see any room makeovers let me know, and yes, there is a makeup room....eeekkk!) so I have been super busy. Also our internet is finally up and running so I have contact with people again :)

In celebration of our new internet speed and new found painting skills I have a Fall makeup look for you today. I love Autumn, it's by far my favourite time of year, so when September finally arrived I was a bit excited.....see ya later Summer!

While I was unpacking all of my makeup during the move I found all of my MAC eyeshadow palettes which I had forgotten about. When you have Makeup Geek shadows you tend to pretty much forget about any other shadows you may have ever bought. More on this coming soon :) So anyway I decided to base my eye look around my warm palette of eyeshadows from MAC and this is what I can up with.

In the crease I kept everything matte using KidSoft BrownBrown Script and a small bit of Embark. For the lid I mixed Woodwinked and Amber Lights to give a bit of sparkle without going too over the top. On the lower lash line I used Brown Script and Embark and blended really well. I used Lulu from my Pippa Palette as an inner corner highlight. As always my liner is No. 77 AMC black gel liner by Inglot. My lipstick is Shard by Illamasqua which is a super dark purple berry shade. A colour like this is normally out of my comfort zone so I think I deserve points for being brave!

What are your favourite go to Fall looks? I might do a Fall lookbook for you guys so let me know if it's something you'd be interested in and leave a comment below.

Bye beauties!
