Wet n Wild Now Available In Ireland!

Eh say what??!

I don't know what I've been doing for the past few weeks to not have known about this....living under a rock obviously! Wet n' Wild are finally available in the Emerald Isle in selected Dunnes Stores.

Normally while doing my grocery shopping I always have a glance at the Essence stand in my local Dunnes just to see what's new. Yesterday I wandered over to discover Essence was no more and in its place was a brand spanking new Wet n' Wild stand! I already own a number of their palettes, click here for more, so I snapped up one or two things to try out.

First up are the Coloricon bronzers with SPF 15. I got the shades 'Reserve Your Cabana' and 'Ticket To Brazil'. There is also a third colour in the range which was far too dark for me so I left that behind. These were €4.99 each (bargain!). The pigmentation is great, to be honest for that price you can't go to far wrong. 'Reserve Your Cabana' is perfect for me as an everyday bronzer as it's light enough but still shows up without looking muddy. 'Ticket To Brazil' is more appropriate for night time if I'm wearing tan. I would highly recommend these if you can get your hands on them.

Next I picked up a Megaslicks balm stain in 'Pinky Promise'. These are a cheaper alternative to Clinique's chubby sticks and retail at €3.99. Colour payoff is good and the texture is nice. Very handy to pop in your bag and use throughout the day.

I decided to try one of the Coloricon single glitter shadows. I'm not a huge fan of glitter and very rarely go for it when choosing a shadow for a night out but this caught my eye and I thought it looked pretty. I choose the shade 'Bleached' which is a silvery white base with green/yellow glitters. This was only €1.99 so I had to stop myself from buying them all! The formula is a bit strange on these, there not quite a cream not quite a powder but they do not budge. They are actually quite difficult to remove!

Lastly I also picked up one of their Coverall Cream Foundations, at €4.99 I couldn't really leave it behind. The coverage was good and long lasting.

As you can see from the pictures below the colour was a little too dark (even though I chose the lightest one they had available which was 'Fair/Light') but for the price I can't complain! Great for a cheap everyday foundation.

If you happen to see a Wet n' Wild stand next time your out shopping definitely try them out, you won't be disappointed!
