My Top 5 Summer Nail Polishes

SUMMER IS FINALLY HERE!!!! Ok so maybe its not 30 degrees here in Ireland but still, a time to celebrate with pretty fun summer nails! :)  So here are my top 5 summer polishes in no particular order.

Essie 'Mint Candy Apple'

I have this for about 4 years now and it's just gorgeous. It really brightens up the nails and gives them a gorgeous hue of pale minty green.

Lime Crime 'Lavendairy'

A pretty pastel lavender with a slight hint of neon about it, super girly and super cute. Also the packaging of these polishes are to die for! Who doesn't like unicorns?

Super Cute Unicorn Bottle!!

Barry M 'Peach Melba'

Barry M polishes are great value for money and this is the perfect peachy pink shade. This one is also great for summer and looks great with a tan, not that I ever have a tan but still :)

Essie 'Topless and Barefoot'

This is the most opaque nude I own. Perfect for everyday and when you want a subtle look to the nails and don't want to draw too much attention. I do normally like to jazz it up with an accent nail tho :)

Essie 'Topless and Barefoot' with OPI 'Elephantastic Pink' as an accent nail

OPI 'Elephantastic Pink'

Pink? Check. Cute name? Check. Second bottle? Check. I love this so much I have in fact finished off a full bottle of this and needed to repurchase it again which is unheard of for me as I have so many polishes I normally don't even make it halfway through a bottle. Everybody needs to own this colour!

What are your favourite nail polish shades for Summer? Let me know!

Find your local Essie stockist here

Just in case anybody is asking I do get my OPI nail polishes from Hennessy's Hair and Beauty on Pembroke Street in Cork. Although I have a trade card you do not need a trade card to shop there, it just means you won't get the professional trade discount on the products :)
